Delete your LeaveTrac account

This page is for App Store, Google Play, and team members who need a clear public link for account deletion.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Business owners: open the app → Settings → scroll to Danger zone → tap Delete my account and confirm. This permanently removes your business, staff profiles, leave data, and your login in one step.

Staff members: open the app → Profile → Danger zone → Delete my account.

You must be signed in. If you have lost access, use the email option below.

Delete by email

Send a request from the email address on your LeaveTrac account to privacy@leavetrac.app with subject line Account deletion request. We will process it under UK GDPR and respond within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Removing your account does not automatically cancel Apple or Google subscriptions — cancel Pro in your Apple ID or Google Play account if needed. Details are on our support page.
